Digital Downloads — No Change-of-Mind Refunds

All products sold by OFF THE RECORD (operated by JW Worldwide B.V.) are digital downloads delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because digital content is made available to you instantly, purchases are final once digital delivery has begun and we do not offer refunds on the basis of change of mind.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Where digital content is defective, materially different from what was advertised, or not delivered as agreed, you retain all rights available to you under applicable law, including EU consumer protection legislation.
