Terms of Service — OFF THE RECORD Operated by JW Worldwide B.V., Netherlands

1. General These Terms of Service govern all purchases made at off-the-record.store. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact us at news@off-the-record.store.

2. Digital Products All products are digital downloads (sample packs, drum samples, loops, one-shots, FX, and compositions). Digital content is delivered immediately upon successful payment.

3. Right of Withdrawal — Express Consent In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins.

4. Refunds Because digital content is delivered immediately, purchases are final once delivery has begun. Please review our full [Refund Policy] before purchasing. Statutory rights for defective or misdescribed content are not affected.

5. Licence Your purchase grants you a licence to use the sounds in accordance with the OFF THE RECORD Master Sample License, available at [off-the-record.store/pages/sample-license]. Please read it before purchasing.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
